QUICK AND EASY BREKKY RECIPE

Here's an easy nutritious breakfast that you can make to start your day on a good note!

One cup of yogurt

Favor Greek yogurt rich in fat and protein but low in carbohydrate.

You can choose the flavor that you like.

One portion of granola

Favor cereals that are rich in fiber, low in sugar and that have a short ingredient list.

One banana

You can choose a fruit that you like: strawberries, apples and blueberries go well with that kind of breakfast.

Cinnamon

You can add a little touch of cinnamon, chia seeds, almond butter, etc. Avoid adding extras rich in sugar (honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, etc.).

Remember that in order to keep your hormones balanced throughout the day, to feel satisfied but not full and to keep a high energy level for a long period of time, the only source of sugar that you should find in your breakfast is fructose (fruit sugar). Make sure to add plenty of foods rich in high quality proteins and healthy fats to effectively wake up your metabolism!
