5 TIPS TO NOT FALL ASLEEP AT WORK

Friday; end of the afternoon, big week just finished, feeling tired, mind slipping away towards the weekend... Does that ring a bell?

Here are 5 tips to get through your work day without falling asleep.

1- Eat! Meals and snacks that are rich in proteins, complex carbs and healthy fats.

2- Drink! Black coffee or a big glass of water.

3- Take a break! Walk, look outside, go up and down the stairs; anything to activate your body.

4- Breathe! Big inhale through your nose, long exhale through your mouth a few times to energize your body.

5- Dance! Listen to music and move on your chair to boost your mood and your energy.

Of course you can prevent those moments of fatigue by keeping healthy habits daily; eating healthy, exercising, getting good quality sleep, etc.
